Who we are
Passport to Pours is produced by FestFam LLC, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. For any privacy question or request, email brian@festfam.com.
Information you give us
When you join a waitlist (currently Tampa), we collect your email address and the city you signed up for. We use it only to send you updates about Passport to Pours, such as the date, venue and presale for that city. We do not sell your email address.
Ticket purchases are handled by Eventbrite, and vendor, sponsor and volunteer applications by Google Forms. Information you enter there is collected by those services under their own privacy policies and shared with us so we can run the festival.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies from the services below to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. These services may collect your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site, and may use cookies to recognize your browser across websites.
- Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages are useful.
- Google Tag Manager, which loads our measurement tags, including Google Ads conversion tracking and Quantcast audience measurement.
- Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram, including showing ads to people who have visited this site.
- Instagram: the home page shows our Instagram feed, which loads from Instagram (Meta).
To prevent spam, the waitlist briefly records a scrambled (hashed) form of your network address. It cannot be read back into your address and is used only to limit repeated sign-ups.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe or delete: email brian@festfam.com and we will remove you from the waitlist and delete your email address. Every update email will also include an unsubscribe link.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

How long we keep information
We keep waitlist email addresses until you ask us to remove them or we no longer need them for festival updates. Analytics and advertising data is kept by the services above according to their own policies.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website and the festival (for example our website host Cloudflare, Eventbrite, Google and Meta), or when required by law.
Age
This website is not directed to children under 13. Alcohol service at Passport to Pours is for guests 21 and over with valid ID.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
